1. Booking Cancellations

  • You may cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled pickup.
  • Full refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.
  • Partial refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled ride, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • No refund: If the ride has already started or the cancellation is made after the scheduled pickup time.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • If the payment was made via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal or a bank card), processing times may vary depending on the provider.
  • Refunds may be adjusted for any applicable service fees.

3. Service Issues

If you experience a problem with your ride (e.g., vehicle issues, driver delays, or other service failures):

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Additional charges requested during the ride (e.g., extra stops or tolls)
